UGears U-9 Grand Prix Car - Wooden Mechanical Model - 348 Pieces

The UGears U-9 Grand Prix Car, as the name implies, was built to simulate the all-action effect of formula one Grand Prix racing. The model gives you the thrill that comes with speed, the sensation of power when super engines roar to life, and the fast-paced non-stop action of the Grand Prix circuit.

The UGears Grand Prix model is made of sustainably sourced high-grade wood and has everything you might need for assembly. The pieces are laser cut out of plywood boards and have to be popped out and assembled to create the model.

Under the hood of this new model you will find a 16 valve V8 engine equipped with a powerful fan. Your new vehicle has a link rod and a transmission switching its modes between idle, reverse, and race ahead. The U-9 has a spring-suspended fork and rubberized wheels ensuring smooth, rapid acceleration and a long driving range. The design of this beauty is based on the racing-sports cars that participated in the very first Grand Prix race that took place in Italy.

Adopting the sleek flowing lines of the famous racing car-champions, UGears engineers and designers gave this new model an exquisite and truly elegant “old-school” appearance, highlighted with a drive belt on the exterior of the car and other peculiar design elements. The Oblong shape coupled with the bold style of the radiator grille is meant to bring you the feeling of the dawning age of car racing.

The real-life inspired mechanisms of these designs along with assembling of this model will contribute to developing logical thinking, enhancing attention and concentration skills, as well as improving attention to detail.

Like all other UGears kits, the U-9 Grand Prix comes with step-by-step, full-color, truly easy to follow instructions in 11 languages (English, German, Ukrainian, French, Polish, Spanish, Russian, Turkish, Italian, Chinese and Korean) and requires neither glue nor special tools to be fully assembled into a functional pilot simulator.
